Thermoform Plastics

At National Composites, our approach to thermoform plastics represents a harmonious fusion of aesthetic appeal and robust durability. Thermoforming, as a cornerstone of our offerings, provides a cost-effective solution and is well-suited low to high volume production and cosmetic needs. One of its standout advantages lies in the relatively low tooling investment required, making it a go-to choice for many projects. Yet, our innovation doesn’t stop there. By integrating Fiber Reinforced Plastics (FRP) into the mix, we amplify the structural integrity of our products without compromising on their cosmetic allure. The result? Components that beautifully merge the surface durability and cost-efficiency of thermoform plastics with the unmatched strength of fiberglass. With National Composites, clients get the best of both worlds, ensuring their projects stand out in form and function.
