Robert Murch

While Robert is one of the newest members of the key-management team, he’s anything but new to the composite industry. He brings nearly 20 years of value engineering along with a track record of gaining and maintaining client relationships.

If you were to peruse Robert’s resume, it would be like reading the perfect book on “How To-Achieve Excellence in Composite Manufacturing.” Interestingly, Robert uses this knowledge not to be boastful but to empower others within the National family to excel through his experiences.

When joining National Composites, he was pleasantly surprised by how forward-thinking the organization is. He quickly realized that the dynamic leadership and dedication to continued growth and excellence in manufacturing were complimented by the overall family atmosphere.

Robert views National Composites as the perfect place to apply knowledge for the betterment of all, from the internal staff and current and future customers to the supply chain. As Robert states: “ it feels like I’ve found the perfect new home.”

Speaking of home, when Robert isn’t spending time perfecting a customer project, he enjoys taking time with his family taking road trips, from watching the solar eclipse in Missouri to the Badlands of South Dakota.
