With a strategic mind honed over a decade of leading multi-site production operations, Mark’s expertise spans the automotive, consumer and industrial products, and medical dosing sectors. Before bringing his talents to us, he made significant waves at Elkhart Plastic and Sturgis Molded Products, leaving a trail of productivity boosts and cost reductions in his wake.

Mark’s leadership style is a rare blend of vision and action. As a dedicated servant leader, he’s passionate about engaging with his team, fostering an environment where everyone is empowered to unlock their full potential. His secret weapon? A mastery in LEAN methodologies, which he wields like a maestro to slash costs, streamline processes, and drive our operations towards unprecedented efficiency.

But Mark’s not all work and no play. A proud Boilermaker, he boasts not one, but two degrees from Purdue University in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. When he’s not optimizing our operations or cheering on his alma mater with a spirited “Boiler up!”, you can find him volunteering as a carpenter for Habitat for Humanity, helping to build not just homes, but hope for families in need.
