Sunrise Fiberglass Joins the National Composites Family of Companies

I am pleased to announce that North Central Equity (the Sunrise Parent Company) and National Composites have entered into an agreement for National Composites to acquire Sunrise Fiberglass LLC.

Given the unprecedented COVID related impact to the Sunrise Fiberglass markets over the last several weeks, we began a concentrated effort to find a suitable buyer.

Over 2019 National Composites has seen large growth within the markets we currently serve as well as new markets.
